Shake well before use.

Take 1 dropper under your tongue. Hold under your tongue for 30 sec to 1 min for absorption. Immediate swallowing sends the CBD through your digestive system and into the liver "filtration".  1 dropper = 1 ml

Dosage is variable based on your weight, degree of symptoms and metabolism. It is recommended you start with a smaller amount and gradually work your way up until you find the dosage right for you.
